① Performance
The machine is being maintainedOn the basis of the main functions of solid-liquid separation and scraper unloading of PLDG series products, the function of removing residual filter cake layer by bag pulling has been added, with a removal rate of over 99%. Avoiding cross mixing of products between different batches and addressing the impact of residual filter cake layer on filtration rate.
② Main purpose:
Applied in the solid-liquid separation process of crystalline materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, monosodium glutamate, and chemicals.
③ Structure and Working Principle
The material to be separated is fed into the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the inlet pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the material is filtered through the filter cloth, and the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum. When the material is filled up, stop feeding, wash the filter cake, and filter out the washing solution at the same time. The centrifuge continues to rotate to dry the filter cake. After the filter cake meets the separation requirements, the centrifuge slows down. Scrape off the filter cake with a scraper and discharge it out of the machine from the bottom. The centrifuge slows down again, and the pneumatic bag pulling device moves back and forth up and down to shake off the residual filter cake, achieving complete removal of the filter cake.

This machine has bothIn addition to all the main features of the PLDG centrifuge, it also has a bag style removal of residual filter cake. By the up and down reciprocating motion of the pneumatic bag pulling device, all residual cakes from the scraper unloading are removed, achieving the goal of complete unloading. The detachable drum liquid blocking plate design has reliable self-locking, and the filter cloth is easy and convenient to replace. The built-in cylinder design makes the machine structure more compact. Self cooling rotary joint makes the machine operate more reliably. The fully enclosed discharge hopper design completely isolates the material from the transmission components.
